Exchanges & Returns
At Waist Trainer UK we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We do not offer refunds on purchases under any circumstances, however we do offer a one time exchange in accordance with our exchanges policy.
Selected the wrong size? Changed your mind? Not to worry! You can have peace of mind as you can return eligible items to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange.
We simply ask that when you receive your order, you try it on OVER undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.
For the health and safety of our customers we cannot offer a return or exchange on the following for hygiene purposes:
- Body Lotions or Cream
- Bum Lifters/Thong Shapers
- Compression Shapewear with a crotch area
- Gift Cards
- Compression Boards
Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex smell or odour maybe apparent, but this soon wears off. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film on it, as well as glossy or oily patches, however these are not a sign of item being used, dirty or defected. These products arrive like this from the factory, in order to help protect the latex. The products may also have glue residue marks on seams or circle glue spots, this is not a quality issue. Ann Chery Fajas are individually hand made.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS:
- Unworn (only tried on for size)
- Unstained (make up, fake tan, stains, marks etc)
- Free of scents (perfume, tobacco smoke or laundry detergent etc)
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- Complete with original packaging
- In its original packaging, complete, containing all its parts and accessories (e.g. internal brand label, hook and eye fasteners, straps, boning, etc).
- Unused, unworn and unwashed with no marks, stains or signs of wear including evidence of make up, fake tan,
- With the original swing tags still intact.
- The customer’s original proof of purchase must be included (invoice).
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly worn, not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your exchange to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not received your exchange or store credit after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
UK CUSTOMERS - POSTING BACK
We recommend that all returned items be sent using a trackable delivery service for your protection. The customer will remain responsible for any items being returned until received by Waist Trainer UK.
We do not offer free returns (postage must be paid by the customer). We do not refund delivery costs. The Return Address can be found on this Exchange Form which you will need to print, complete and enclose with the merchandise you are returning.
If the product you are requesting is less than the original product price, we will credit the difference via electronic Gift Card. If it is more than the original purchase price then we will email you to provide you with the alternative payment options for the balance due. Please do not enclose Cheques, Postal Orders or Cash.
As an International customer you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges for international customer! Please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we'll happily credit you the cost of your merchandise via electronic Gift Card, allowing you to re-purchase an alternative item. We do not refund or credit delivery costs.
All products come with a 30 day Warranty. We will only accept returns on faulty, on products that have been purchased within the last 30 days and that are deemed as suffering a manufacturing fault. Faulty items must be sent to our return address for product inspection. If your order qualifies as a manufacturers fault or defect a replacement will be honoured in the same size as the original order.
Waist Trainer nor the manufacturer cannot be held liable for faults that occur outside of this timeframe as with any item of clothing if worn consecutively or repeatedly over time.
