Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders within our estimated timeframes please be aware that delays may occur, on occasion, due to unforeseen factors. We cannot be held liable for delays to deliveries outside of our control i.e. adverse weather, 3rd party delays or strike action etc.

Shipping And Handling
- Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery address is correct before confirming the order. We are not liable for any delivery address error you have specified in your order, resulting in missed "undelivery" or "return to sender".
- Extra verification maybe required from the customer when a separate billing and delivery address is selected.
- If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
- Please note our courier company can not deliver to PO Box addresses
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us.
If and when an order is returned to us by the postal services due to, but not limited to, non-collection, incorrect or insufficient address details or being un-deliverable at the address given, we can either
- refund the items in the order immediately excluding shipping fees
- or resend the items which will require postage to be paid (cost will vary by region)
